DaivVidhan is designed to know as little about you as possible. This page explains exactly what we process and what we never store.
What we process — and never store
- Birth details (date, time, place, gender, optional name): used in-memory to compute your kundli and generate results, then discarded. We have no user database and do not store your birth details on our servers.
- Share links: if you create one, your birth inputs are encoded into the link itself. Anyone you give the link to can recompute the reading. Don’t share it if you don’t want that.
- Past readings: saved only in your own browser’s local storage, on your device. Clearing browser data removes them.
- Your photo (You + Her feature): if you choose to upload a selfie for a combined portrait, it is sent once to our AI image provider to compose that single image, processed in memory, and never stored, cached, or reused by us. The feature requires your explicit consent each time, and works only with a photo of yourself.
Cookies we set
- A signed cookie counting your free daily AI images (resets every 24 hours).
- A signed cookie holding purchased image credits (expires 90 days after purchase).
- Your language preference, stored in local storage.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third parties we share data with
- AI image providers (Google Gemini API; OpenAI/OpenRouter as fallback): to generate artwork we send a text prompt describing abstract personality qualities derived from the chart. Your name, birth details, and location are never included in the prompt.
- Razorpay: processes payments. Your payment details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store card/UPI information. See Razorpay’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
- Hosting (Vercel): standard server logs (IP address, request time) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Your rights
Since we don’t store your personal data, there is usually nothing for us to delete — clearing your own browser data removes everything on your side. For any privacy question or request, contact us at raghudev2456@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 days.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 18, and purchases require you to be 18+.
