What you are buying
Paid purchases on DaivVidhan are digital image-generation credits (₹7 for a single portrait, ₹23 for the Teen Roop three-vision set, or ₹29 for the everything bundle), delivered instantly to your browser after successful payment.
Refund policy
- Used credits are non-refundable. Each AI image is generated on demand at real cost the moment you use a credit, so delivered generations cannot be returned.
- Failed generations never consume a credit. If the AI cannot produce an image, you keep the credit and see a symbolic card instead — you are not charged for failures.
- Paid but credits not received? Email us within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. Once we confirm the payment against our records, we will either restore your credits (via a restore code) or refund the full amount — your choice.
- Duplicate payment? The duplicate amount is refunded in full once confirmed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Cancellations
Because credits are delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled after payment completes. Unused credits simply remain available until they expire (90 days from purchase).
